CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
LandingTV.ca's Be on Landing Video Contest
The LandingTV.ca ("Landing") Video Contest (the "Contest") is subject to the following rules and regulations:
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to Canadian residents and be at least 13 years of age at January 20th, 2009. Submissions will be accepted from individuals, couples, families and groups. Must be a registered YouTube user. To become a registered YouTube user, you must register for a free account, and agree to YouTube's terms and conditions.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
If submitting a video, videos may be a maximum of five minutes in length.
Videos must not use copyrighted images, video, logos, people, or other elements that you do not have legal permission to use. You may use the Landing logo, but must abide to proper usage.
Video must be the original work of the entrant.
Video and contents must not be subject to any third part agreements, and Landing is not required to pay or incur any sums to any person or entity as a result of your submission's content.
Video can be uploaded to www.youtube.com/BeOnLanding.
Video may not contain nudity, sexual content, profanity, drugs, illegal activity, political stripes, or any content that is likely to be considered offensive, irrelevant, or inaccurate by Landing.
Language: English or French
HOW TO ENTER
During the contest time frame, you must fill out the form found at www.landingtv.ca.
Submit your video at www.youtube.com/BeOnLanding.
THE PRIZE
Each acceptable submission will be featured on the Be On Landing YouTube group. The one winner will have their story made into a half-hour documentary, airing on SCN.
CONSENT
By entering this Contest, and to the extent allowed by law, entrants grant Landing and its affiliates, licensees, promotional partners and third party marketing entities the absolute right and permission to edit, modify, cut, copy, reproduce, translate, adapt, publish, exploit, and use the video in perpetuity in any and all media.
Landing reserves the right to use entrants' name, photograph and video for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, print, web (including LandingTV.ca, YouTube, Facebook), tv commercials, news and special events.
CHANGES
Landing reserves the right to change or modify contest rules and dates.
OTHER CONDITIONS
This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations.
BY SUBMITTING THE ENTRY FORM, EACH ENTRANT ACCEPTS THE CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE DECISIONS OF THE PANEL/JUDGES, WARRANTS THAT THEY ARE ELIGBIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST, AND AGREES TO RELEASE INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND OF EACH OF ITS PARENTS COMPANIES, DIVISIONS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION AND PUBLIC RELATIONS AGENCIES, AND THE RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENCIES OF EACH FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, ATTORNEYS' FEES AND EXPENSES ASSERTED AGAINST ANY OF THEM, INCURRED, SUSTAINED, OR ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, ACCEPTANCE, OR MISUSES OF THE GRAND PRIZE OR WHILE PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN, AND/OR TRAVELING TO OR FROM ANY CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, DEATH, LOSS OR ACIDENT TO PERSON OR POERTY, OR FROM THE RESPECTIVE ENTRANT'S BREACH OR ALLEGED BREACH OF ANY AGREEMENT OR WARRANTY ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST, INCLUDING THESE OFFICAL RULES.
